If you are in search of naturopathic, aromatherapy, herbal, and nutritional health services, please BEWARE of this business. My experience is not singular to myself only, it has been the experience of four other people that I know. This is my truth. Dr. Kim F*****, invites you in with a strong initial phone call and consultation. She is upfront about the cost of the initial scan and consultation, but from there on out she cannot give you accurate information on costs of any future services. A first-time patient is in awe of the breadth of knowledge and solutions that Dr. Kim can provide, but has no idea the hundreds of dollars that are soon to be revealed in order to attain those services. She requires you to sign a Client Request and Authorization Form which protects herself, but not the client. All services are prepaid. I understand that, and I signed it. Taking full responsibility for what I put my name on. Unfortunately, Dr. Kim does not take full responsibility for many services that she owes her patients. After the initial consultation and full scan, communication with Dr. Kim was spotty at best. She would send emails for certain things, texts for other things. I got my initial report within less than one week of my visit and things were looking good. But it went downhill from there. She sends you pages of reports to look through and directions to order things, but does not schedule a follow-up to go over everything step by step with you. If you want a half hour phone call she charges extra for that (not disclosed in the beginning). Her communication is terrible and she puts the blame back on the patient for things left undone. I had to push and push to get anything scheduled with her and the final straw was when I prepaid her for a service on September 26, 2023 and still had not been scheduled or received that service by November 1, 2023. The service was not refunded to me per the signed agreement. This is unacceptable and borders scam activity.
