Dear Mr. *******  I am sorry to hear about the issues you are currently experiencing with your patio roof. However, I would like to clarify some points regarding your concerns. The patio roof in question was constructed in August 2021. The quality of our work was confirmed by the City of Shaker Heights Building Department, which inspected and approved every phase of the project. At the time of completion, the project passed all necessary inspections, and we were paid in full for services rendered. A few months ago, I received an email from you stating that the roof was leaking. Upon inspection by our roofer, it was evident that someone had caused damage to the roof by cutting wires, pulling on them, and tearing the flashing. This damage created holes, which subsequently led to water leakage. It is important to note that this damage occurred well after our warranty period had expired. Our warranty covers two years on labor and includes the manufacturer's warranty on materials. Given that the warranty period has lapsed, and the damage was caused by external factors beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for the current issue. While I regret that your roof is experiencing problems, we cannot accept liability for issues arising after the expiration of our warranty. Thank you, John ********

PurGreen Group, Inc. Mr ********, apparently we will agree to disagree. I just had a very reputable roofer come and inspect. Their findings were that the flashing was never installed properly or throughout the entirety of the roof connection to the existing building. I stand by my opinion and that your sub- contractors do shoddy work. I do not recommend PurGreen Group under any circumstances. Have a great day !
