We filed a Home Warranty Claim with Cinch Home Warranty in January 2022 for our ovens and cooktop that weren’t working properly. They assigned it to National Alliance who supplies the company for repairs. Electronic Enterprise was the company that came out in March 2022. The left oven was working before they came out, just needed a new display panel. Cinch said they would only cover one oven so we chose the right oven for the new display panel. We ordered a display panel for the left oven out of our pocket as Electronic Enterprise said they would install the left panel when they came again with the parts for the right oven. A different part was also ordered for the right oven as it would not heat and cook correctly. The part came in July and while the techs were here they broke the ribbon that connects the display panel to the electronics on the right oven. Also, the right Oven only works on the convection setting so we assumed they need another part for this issue. They took the electrical ribbon out of the left oven and said that they would order the new ribbon and come back out. They have not returned our calls since August after saying they can’t find a new ribbon and nothing has been done since other than our continuing calls to Cinch regarding our repair issues. We have talked to all three companies to try to get this resolved. We talked to ***** from Electronic Ent who is refusing to come and fix his workers mistake. The oven they attempted to repair only works on a Convection setting. The left oven not at all. We have made many calls and sent emails and have documented all calls to Cinch regarding this issue and have had conversations with National Alliance as well. Cinch is willing to send another repair company out if we pay another deductible of $100. We feel it should still be covered under our original claim and Electronic Ent should remedy this issue. I’m looking for help on the next set of the process to find a resolution to this matter.

This customer has been trying to get a new unit from the beginning, the piece he is referring to broke due to age.   If he has a deductible with his warranty company, he should talk to them about further repairs.

We never discussed getting a new oven unit with the repair company. The company, Electronic Enterprises, came out to my home three times. The first time was to diagnose, the second time was to install a part for the display that did not repair the problem, the third time they came out and installed a different part and at that time the repair person broke the wire that controls the unit. We had a second oven that worked, it just needed a repair on the display board, the repair person took the functioning wire from the left oven to replace the wire on the right oven. At that time she, being the repair gal, told us she would get the new wire to replace the one that her partner broke and if we purchased a display panel for the left oven she would replace both items at the same time to make it so we had two functioning ovens again. We checked with the manufacturer of the ovens and they stated that the ovens were manufactured in 2018, so the ovens weren't that old in age. In the meantime the right side oven that they replaced two parts in still doesn't work properly, only cooks while in the convection setting. I talked to Larry who owns or runs Electronic Enterprises, and he is refusing to do any further work or help fix the issues that his employees caused.

My wife an I contracted with Electronic Enterprises of Southern OHIO to come to our home to repair and LG Dishwasher with a diagnosis of bad pump motor on 03/16/22. Larry S introduced himself as the repair man he also brought two young ladies in to our home. After about 40 minutes of repair time He (larry) stated he and the two girls opened the dishwasher and replaced the bad pump motor which was covered under a ten year factory warranty but also needed to replace a "control board" as well.... but not covered under warranty. The control board and service call (Labor) we paid out by check was $385.00. My wife was present in home babysitting grand children at the time, but was not present to confirm anything was replaced or repaired. The first time dishwasher was turned was later the same day in the evening. Same problem as before, no pump working to drain water out of dishwater at end of washing cycle. The dish water actually has a computer code pop up on front door when washer malfunctions and it was the same code as before the work was supposed to be have been done. We immediately called Phone number of the company(614/581/9382 listed above to advise we weren't happy with having an in operable dishwasher still. We had to leave a message for Larry S. Mr S did not call back for several days. I made another phone call to him. He answered. I advised him of the dishwasher not working and that he failed to return my phone call in a timely fashion. He then made three more appts over three weeks and failed show and failed to show up on any one. I called the home office of LG appliances In Englewood NJ. They agreed to send a factory rep to come onsite. After inspection he told me machine had all original parts nothing had been replaced. They fixed pump at a labor cost of $96.00 and dishwasher now works. I called Larry told him that he did not do any work and demanded my money back immediately. He said he wouldn't return my money and he hasn't.

I am rejecting this response because: The business admits that it didn't replace my broken pump and motor on a previous BBB recorded  communication.  Yet it doesn't feel that they owe us any money for their malfeasance. That is an admission of wrong doing.  I have  small claim  civil and criminal courts to follow thru to get my money back. We already have an appointment with the Clinton county, Ohio Sheriff ***** ***** and we will do what we can to get this business into a court  setting and see  how long it takes to be refunded then. This will conclude any other BBB correspondence on our part
