            Dropped my car off at 11:45am for my 12pm tint appointment on sept 5, 2021. Was quoted 2 hours to complete the job. Was charged $200 for 20% tint to my windshield and 5% on the other 5 windows. Came back to pick up my car at 4pm and it wasn’t finished. Waited another 40 minutes. They pulled my car around front and told me it was finished. The tint is not the shade I asked for and they damaged the rubber around the window on my brand new car. They left my car nasty inside and out. They gave me half of my money back and told me to call the owner the next day. Owner promised to fix it the next Wednesday at 10am. I called at noon when I hadn’t heard from him and the lady at the front desk said he didn’t show up. I have still not heard back from the owner.
