Sold me junk pool table and sold me junk felt never told me I could upgrade it never told me outside company was coming to install and wont refund and return the pool table

I contacted Best Billiards for the *** of Mason Ohio. I talked with BOB and wanted to get the pool table recovered After agreeing on a price and arranging the service I asked him to do the job as soon as possible He sent 3 guys that had no idea what they were doing and I even had to loan tools to them. I removed the reals and sent them in earlier to be remade and they brought the finished rails with them when they came to re surface the top of the pool table. Needless to say they had a hard time dropping the slat on there hands and on to the table itself. They got it gone and I put all the rails back. I was told not to play on it for 24 hours and when looked at the table the next afternoon it was wrinkled so I called Bob and he sent someone right out and had to take it all apart and re-glue the top I thought great! but I had to take off the rails and re set them so the screws were not sticking out. As time went on the top would wrinkle and then be fine and then do it again and the cloth from under the pockets was loose and the cuts made to shape the pockets actually has ripped in to the field of the table. I called bob back and he asked what we did to the top and I have pictures that show exactly what it has been doing. Bob said to me we will charge use a service for coming back out I said that was ridicules. Bob said to me you wanted it done fast and I said Yes but I wanted it done CORRECTLY! SO he is not going to do anything about so I am recommending NOT to use his services...
