    I ordered blinds for my outdoor patio from THE BLIND FACTORY and they came in within the 6-8 weeks as I was told. 1st time install was scheduled and I took my time to plan to be off and available, I got a call THE MORNING of scheduled install and was told there was a mistake made and it was a two person install job and the scheduler messed up so they needed to reschedule to the following Tuesday. Ok, the following Tuesday comes and the installer shows and states the wrong brackets were sent and he needed to contact the manufacturer that day and he would get back with me. I called the office and spoke with ***** who stated she was the office manager and I explained that I will now need to take yet another day to be home and available and I felt it only fair to receive some sort of compensation for my time wasted due to the company personnel apparently not knowing how to schedule jobs and also not checking materials prior to assure they have the correct ones to do the job. I also inquired about the reschedule to finish the job. I heard nothing back in 24 hours so I called the office and again spoke to ***** and here is the communication from her..*************, I havent spoke to Ben(the installer) yet and have no answers for you. It is company policy that NO compensation or refunds are to be given to customers on special orders FOR ANY REASON,WHETHER IT WAS THE COMPANY AT FAULT OR OTHERWISE I stated this was had nothing to do with parts or a special order but I will have spent 2 wasted days due to the BLIND FACTORYs human error. ***** then stated Do you want the job finished or not? I literally stated back WOW is this really happening that you are speaking this disrespectfully to a customer who is not at all raising a voice nor being disrespectful but inquiring I stated I waited 6 weeks for the blinds and I most certainly wanted the job completed and repeated myself to her to assure she understood that I wanted my job completed. She would not allow another word to be spoken and abruptly stated you have a wonderful day ************* and literally hung up on me without stating when I may be contacted regarding my install. I am literally dumbfounded by how I was spoken to when I merely and professionally was inquiring about the problems. I currently have no resolve and have $1,700 invested and due to Lethas demeanor, I am not confident that I will so I am starting here. If this is how the office manager handles things then I am not sure who I communicate with from hear.
