      Absolutely a complete waste of time and more money to fix the damage they caused in our house and lawn.Poor management as well. 100% stay away.

      ******* did inadvetently scrape the paint in two small areas on the railing / ********* inside the client's house. We offered a refund to pay for the damage and apologized for the inconvenience.

      Received a price quote during the Greater Cincinnati Remodeling Expo on January 20th to have the HVAC and dryer vents cleaned. Was quoted $430 for the work after providing info about our house. Fast forward to today and the team that came out said that the air returns and trunks are priced separately from the vents. Was given a price of $730 for the work which is 69% higher than I was quoted. I asked the team to speak with the gentleman that we worked with at the expo to address the large price difference and Zerorez was only willing to come down $30 on the cost.I fully understand there being a price difference sometimes between a quote and the actual cost, but a nearly 70% increase is not acceptable and to me seemed to be a bait and switch type of scenario. As such, I asked the team to pack up their equipment and not start the job. I'll be looking for options elsewhere.For anyone who sees this, please make sure that you are quoted for the entire HVAC system (vents, returns and trunk lines) to avoid surprises.

      We were scheduled back in November confirmed twice. 1hr before they were to arrive they called and said they would not be able to make it. We had to move all of our furniture back into the living room and rescheduled. They came the following week. They were here less than 30minutes. Im not sure how you clean a living room, stairs and hallway in 30 minutes. The carpet was still very wet. Also, to our dismay we now had 2 inch diameter purple spot on our brand new carpet! I called and they said they would come and do a reclean! Ok fine. We scheduled it for December. My husband took off work and waited at home. They were supposed to be here between 11am-2pm. The hours passed and no phone call saying they were on the way. I called at 1:53pm and Emanuel  told me something is going on in that area, I dont know what, can we reschedule NO! I explained its the holidays and they had already ruined my carpet. He said he would have a manager call me. 2hours go by now and no phone call. I tried to reach them online. No such luck. Im still waiting for that phone 4 hrs later. Now I have to pay someone else to clean up their mess and possible get my carpet replaced which has only been installed for 6 months!!! I give this company an F * * * I will never do business with them again .

      Recently used them for duct cleaning. The total price was over $200 more than the quote. A mess (of debris) was left under the vents in my finished basement. And later that evening when I returned home, my home was over 80 degrees. I called the owner's cell phone. He joked and said that the tech must have forgotten to turn my HVAC unit back on. He said that it was the second time that he had forgotten that week. Nothing funny about a hot house at 10pm. Just careless and expensive. Would not use again or refer.

      If zero stars were possible that would be my rating. Awful customer service! I was scheduled for a 12-3 appointment window to have my loveseat cleaned. I got a call at 11:40 from a representative who said hello can you hear me hello? I kept saying yes with no response so I disconnected. They never said who they were or where they were calling from. At almost 3 I called to find out why they hadn't come yet and was told they should've reached out (no apology from the manager). I said I hadn't been contacted and he kept repeating that they should've contacted me. But they didn't!!! And they didn't even apologize. The service rep called me and said since I had missed my appointment I would have to reschedule. He insisted that he had messaged me(which I never got), and had knocked on my door and waited 15 minutes with no response. My husband and I were home all day and nobody knocked. He said he had pictures proving he was at my house. When I called the manager (Don) to complain about the poor service he refused to do anything to remedy this and when I said it was poor service and that it was wrong that I was inconvenienced with no compensation or apology because his rep was garbage he said "I'm ending this conversation now, you won't speak that way about my employees." Worst customer service I've ever received! I work in customer service and we don't treat people that way. So rude! Do not recommend.

      Everyone do not use this terrible company. have to many problems to mention . What capped it off the supervisor laugh for 10 minutes before I could tell him I did not think it was funny or good for business

      I had absolutely terrible service this time Ive used them before so I called them ahead of time told him bring extra hose and to be here in the morning they said they could only be here in the afternoon from 3 to 6 I said OK so I went to a car show figured on being back by 2:45 well they called me at 11:40 AM said they were on their way so I canceled my plans and came home they get there and they did not have enough hose the guy said it was because they were closer than the guy that was supposed to be here so he said for all my inconvenience They would throw in an enzyme cleaner with no extra charge and he would be the one coming back and he would be here the following weekend in the morning I said OK thats fine well mid week I get a phone call from I guess his boss said he was not authorized to give me anything free and they had no morning appointments so I did not know why I was told that but he said he would throw the enzyme cleaner in himself for one room so again it was a afternoon appointment and I was told it would be a daytime well the next week and candy guy called me and he was a few hours early again his equipment kept failing my carpet is old but it looks like c*** now I complained two more timesWhat is the guy offered to come back out I think but after two times you still aint got it right it needs shampoo on it not just some fruit-based water my carpet looks absolutely like c*** and I will have pictures to prove it
