It was supposed to be 300 less a 50.00 deposit. Our hostess was lackluster, and brought out the food before any of the kids were done playing for the 2 hour play period that was included in the party. One of the adults added a platter to my bill through the hostess, and SHE CHARGED IT TO MY PARTY. I was basically strong armed into making a positive review to get extra tokens for my child (whom the party was for) and I was charged for extra drinks that no one ever got. It was disorganized and not at all what was expected. There was no dress code enforcement (women walking around braless with ample breasts) and no attendant stamping hands of my guests OR their children. It was abhorrent, and wasn't worth 353.00.... anyone could walk in and charge whatever they wanted to our tab without me being consulted or even considered. I had to go to Management about our "Hostess" who was supposed to be with our party from beginning to end about throwing away pizzas that were half cooked and gave 20 people of my 52 person party severe indigestion. It was a nightmarish day to say the least. They had no knife to cut the cake (I wasn't sure if the sheriff would be onsite or not, and didn't want to bring something that could be considered a weapon) but it was utter chaos. They cut regular pizza slices into mini slices to avoid larger pieces when it promised 2 per child. I hired 2 people to help with the party of my own and they were teens. They did more for us than the supplied attendant did. She gave THEM the food to distribute, the dippin dots included. No children got anything to drink but water because the machine was partially down (soda water instead of syrup). It wasn't as advertised.
