**BEWARE***Very Unprofessional... Do not send your children here. I was taking my children here almost 20 years! Never had a problem with the dental associates or any of the Doctors who have worked here. My last visit was a disaster. One of the dental associates was digging her instrument into my daughter's gums and when my daughter told her it was hurting she tells her "it doesn't hurt you". Then proceeds to talk to other associates about my daughter... While I'm sitting there overhearing the conversation! The situation escalated with both sides being at fault, the associate and my daughter for reacting the way she did. Manager apologize stated that it wouldn't happen again and that my children could return for their treatments.... Only to call me back a few weeks later and turn it around to make it seem like it was my daughter's fault. Since when is it okay for the professional to engage a child and argue back and forth with them? Especially when the adult parent is sitting there? She went from admitting that it was wrong on both sides to now just point the finger at my child. In all the years we have taken the children there this has been the lowest point of my experience there. This dental associate was rude. Anytime I manage her think that it's okay for a dental associate to remain employed at a company I wouldn't want my children to be seen there.

The safety of our staff and other patients is always our top priority. This situation escalated quickly and our staff member was threatened. Once a situation such as this arises, we must take action. Threats to our staff can not be tolerated. This decision was not made lightly. Our office manager personally called the parent to discuss with her the decision that was made. She wished her the best in the future and the call ended politely. Needless to say, this review is disappointing.

Again.... How is the employee allowed to still be employed there when she behaved in an unprofessional manner? I agree that for the sake of both parties the dismissal from the practice was best, because you wouldn't want to see someone about your oral care who disregarded how you felt ,if you didn't like something that was being done to you. While any threats should never be tolerated, your employee actions to go back and forth arguing with a "child" AFTER I asked(Parent) that she stop engaging her is what caused my child to react the way she did. Yes everything that occurred was very disappointing. But she would've been dismissed from the practice if I was the manager. So my decision stands. Thank you..
