I purchased an item November 24th with affirm. I reached out to the store to see if the dress would be received by a certain date. Then when I kept trying to track my order the site was down. I could not get a hold of anyone. I provided the information to affirm. Nothing came from it. They finally reached out 12/10 asking for measurements and I replied that I wanted to cancel my order. I had not heard from them in weeks. I receive a response that dress was already shipped. I asked why would you send the dress without my measurements and to provide the tracking number. I have been getting the run around and I have yet to receive a response for the tracking number. I have all the emails and provided to Affirm but they stated they could not assist. The dress was close to $500.00. Please let me know if you would like the emails and screenshots of the website down.Customer response
