I had a roof installed on my house in May, 2020. Two months later, shingles started falling off the roof. We called Blue Chip and they came out and fixed them. The following spring (2021), more shingles started falling around the same two places that the original shingles fell off. We called them again and the employee said that it may be faulty shingles. They replaced them again and said if it happens again, we'll need to contact the shingle manufacturer. Fall of 2021 more started to fall again and it was two months until they responded. They finally came out and repaired the shingles. More fell in 2022 and I asked that they file a claim with the manufacturer. They did not. they had to come out three times in 2022 to repair the two areas. Spring, 2023, shingles again fell in both places. They came out once after two months of emails and phone calls (phone calls always go to voicemail) and I asked them how they were going to fix this long term. since then, eight more shingles have fallen and they have not responded to my emails or phone calls. We are at the point where we may need to file legal action.
