I had taken my computer to AAA Laptop and more to have a cracked screen fixed on my touch screen laptop. The first time I took it was in January, he stated that it would take an hour to fix which ended up being 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, it still was not fix because a cord was not working in which he was stating that he was not going to charge me $10 to have it fix. After another 3 weeks, I received the laptop and was turning it on in the store to check it out. Once turning it on, I informed him that it was not a touch screen in which he told me that it had to finish updating. Once I got it home, I realized that it was not the right screen that was put on there.. I had to take the laptop in again to have the right screen put on. My sister gave him a call to see what was going on in which he told her that he would give me back $30. It took 2 weeks because he stated that they sent him the wrong screen. Now it's going on 2 months and my laptop still was not fix. Once I went to go get the computer, it would not turn on, it was broken.. He had to order another computer in which he stated since I was so patient, he was going to give me $100. So after a month and 2 weeks, I finally had another laptop. When I picked up the laptop, I asked was he going to give me anything and he stated no because he had to buy another laptop. Then once I started shaking my head, he said if it's for you, I'll give you something. He had given me $20. He is not a man of his word. It was not my fault he had to buy me a new laptop due to him breaking it.Business response

We purchased a like new refurbished laptop to replace the defective one. The laptop we replaced the old one with is
almost like new, I am sorry that it went this way for my customer the laptop had multiple problems other than the shattered screen.
