We hired L. Patterson Solutions to remodel our basement. They did not complete all the work and what is completed is having to be done again. We have walls cracking. We had to do a lot of the repairs on our own. We have tons of pictures and text regrading these issues. ***** hired another company to do a tile shower wall and level a floor and he did not pay that company so now we have a lien on our house. We finally had to tell ***** he was no longer welcome when ******* worker cut a big hole in our bathroom ceiling that has now had to be patched. But you can still see the patch work. We installed all the doors, the floor. We purchased the trim for the baseboards and the windows which was in ******* contract and he was paid for. We had to purchase a light that ******* team threw away while working at our house and he was supposed to replace and never did. We have walls that are not square so doors had to be cut on the top and bottom to get them to work. We have one door that we had to install a barn door because the wall was so bowed out and not framed right and door jam couldn't be inserted. So much more. Over hundreds of pictures.Business response

This complaint is 100% inaccurate.
As well as cannot be any farther from the truth of the situation that arose on summers part not this company.
This is as well a tactic by summer to avoid paying subcontractors that where hired outside of me.
I actually credited Summer an amount in access of what she owed me to avoid the harassment, and deformation she was attempting on my name.
I'm no attorney but I feel she is border line attempting to blackmail this company into paying her subcontractors by attempting various ways of manipulation of situations at the expense of this companies name to avoid paying an amount she owes to suncontractors.
This matter is going into litigation with the courts to be resolved.
We will dispute this complaint!
At this time we will not do so with details and descriptions.
Once the litigation is done and dismissed we will then bring that to the BBB for this to be removed from our record.
We attempted every possible angle at a civil resolution with Summer after her refusal to pay subcontractors. We 100% upheld our end of the agreement that was made by Summer and I. We agreed to correct and accommodate all of her concerns per our last visit.
Any and all repairs including some of wich wasn't by us we as well agreed to fix to avoid a conflicting situation.
We was told to come back After there vacation in wich we attempted and they refused to allow us in.
Pictures we have seen from summer are not 100% accurate in there description of our workmanship nore even almost the quality 20+ years provides .
Our main goal with every customer is 100% satisfaction, as well as to be above today's standards of quality.
By doing so Summer has taken advantage of our commitment and our dedication to maintaining the positive reputation we have.
