Feb 17, 2022 Kenneth j and an employee replaced my kitchen faucet. After they left I noticed the sink was disconnected. I texted regarding the problem and a company employee was sent to address the problem and did nothing. I had to pay another company to fix my sink. Then a couple weeks later the faucet that they installed is loose. I reached out to them with no response.Business response

I contracted with PTS Inc Plumbing on October 27, 2021. The original contract was for $1950.00. There was an additional job added of replacing a leaking toilet for $250. My total payment was $2200.00. PTS committed to repair a deteriorating cement wall in a basement shower. To repair a wall and ceiling in a separate area with a toilet, and to remove all their debris. My dispute is that the job was inadequate. *** ***** has promised to come back and makes correction on several occasions and to remove the debris that was left. The day after I let him know of my complaints, they corrected the toilet that was not put in correctly and attempted to correct a water pipe that should have been behind a wall that was left outside the wall by covering it with putty or something like putty, But the job was hit and miss, and areas of the pipe are still showing. The shower wall was not properly sealed and is ripe for mold to develop. The green board is too short and needs to extend up higher. But at this point, I want the debris removed or payment for having someone else remove it. ICustomer response

*** ***** sent me a text on January 26, 2022 saying that the debris would be removed from my home on either Jan 26, or 27th. Two men did come andremove the debris the next morning. I responded to *** *****' text asking about when he would be completing the work on the shower. There has been know response to that request, I doubt that I will be hearing from him again. This is not a business that I would recommend to anyone.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I am waiting to be contacted by the business to arrange a time to complete the wall.
