I've been being over-charged for delinquency fees unfairly so. I got them to take it off, but now they're saying that I'm responsible for the rest which isn't my fault that the loan was delinquent in the first place. I crossed all of my T's and dotted all of my I's. So back in August I've gotten a new job and stopped working at ****** so I talked to one of the bank's representatives and they (or so I thought) linked it to my new job. Later to find out that I owe now late fees and delinquency fees that the loan is late for. I arranged with this woman, named Lisa Barnell to pay it off -- slowly trying to pay off what I owe to the loan to get it to current. I agreed to pay the extra almost 20$ per week which is what I can afford. And they're still charging me delinquency fees. They're now essentially bullying me into trying to get me to pay the remainder of what is behind on the loan in full to bring it to current. I'm trying to fight it, but I can't afford to. Please help because this has caused me so much duress and I'm literally crying because it's unfair for me. Why am I the only getting the repercussions? I am going to go ahead and pay it to get the loan current and suffer with the little money I'll have for the week, but I want to be sure this won't happen again to someone else.
