      wrote: I ordered 3 full size of the new limited scent of respect and mandarin and was sent a sample pack . It's weird because my total was 40 dollars which would have given me free shipping but I used a 20 percent coupon which knocked it down to 32 and then the shipping was 5 dollars which added back up to 37 dollars. Which is what I was charged, for 3 full size ones. The set I was sent was a 55 dollar set which even with the coupon of 20 percent off would have been 44 dollars with the discount. So something went askew with my order. I would like to sent this back and get what I ordered because I am allergic to some of these scents ingredients. They have made me explain the problem multiple times and send pictures of what I was missend and now refuse to send me what I paid for and ordered

      12/6/2021 was the date of transaction. I did not not receive proper tracking or any updates for approximately 2 weeks. I contacted the company numerous times with no response. I finally received a response that someone would be sending a replacement, the replacement never came. I also contacted USPS to file a trace. The original shipment finally showed up. The product was absolutely horrible. It is a disgusting smell and the quality of the deodorant was horrible.

      Hello - Please see details below in regards to the complaint that the customer did not receive proper tracking or updates:

      - December 3: Customer placed order at 6:55AM and received an order confirmation email at that time

      - December 3: Customer received a shipping confirmation email at 11:36AM

      - December 15 @ 6:37PM: Customer reached out to our customer service email to inquire about when to expect her order

      - December 16: Customer files a chargeback claim with her bank

      - December 17 @9:10AM: Our customer service representative responded the order was out for delivery that day and could be expected between 9:00-12:00PM. We also responded to the chargeback.

      - December 17: Customer received a shipment delivered email at 2:17PM

      - December 18: Customer requested a refund as she wasn't satisfied with the product she received

      - December 20: Our customer service representative attempted to process a full refund via Shopify on December 20 and December 24

      - January 2: Customer checked in as no refund came through. The refund ultimately will not go through because the chargeback was filed (Dec 16) before the refund was processed (Dec 20), thus the funds are being held. The chargeback claim is taking precedence over the refund request as it happened first. 

      - January 12: Our response to the chargeback dispute was submitted to the bank and the bank is making their decision, which could take up to 75 days (see attached).

       

      Due to the nature of the chargeback, we will have to wait to hear from the bank as to the outcome of the refund. We would be happy to send a replacement out (in a new scent since the first wasn't preferred) if requested.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.

      the immediacy, communication and response time is NOT as the vendor has indicated as such.  The Bank finally provided a credit to my account.  I had to contact the vendor NUMEROUS times to get any sort of response via email and social media, which is why finally I submitted the complaint to the BBB.  I did not receive an actual formal decent reply about the status of my refund until I submitted the complaint to the BBB.  The bank finally refunded me/provided a credit and needs to credit my bank for their abysmal service.  All of the so called constant communications that they are stating happened.........DID NOT happen.
