              I am writing this email to advise you that the thorntons on ********* **** ********. The address is. The internet is blacked right I will get back to the address. I have gone in this store multiple times and made a purchase. Everytime I make a purchase in this store I am instantly out, to sleep. First I was getting the big red. It was fine and then after a while. It started to make me sleep. Then it was the candy. I got gum last night. One pack. It was the only pack of gum. I got it and there was one that was stuffed I tot the pack. I meant to sit it to the side and get a different piece. I accidentally ate that piece. Not even 10 minutes I was passed completely out. I just woke up about two hours ago. I have been trying to file police reports and now I am email your company before I contact the bbb. This is upsetting that people cannot got to a store and get decent items. I have called the police and file a report before. It’s not about the money. It’s health and safety. Had I sat there and chewed that piece of gum. Or if I had drove to bullitt county which is up the street. I could have passed out in the road and died or killed someone. That’s how drowsy I was after that one piece of gum. I also got gummies. Lifesaver gummies and two Red Bulls. I drank a Red Bull. I was laying down a and looking at the clock like why am I so sleepy at 10 maybe. I know someone posted on Facebook 6 hours before I got up and that was 4 am and I was sleep by then. So that means I was passed out by 10. I looked at the phone at that time and was unable to even process. I will be reporting this to the police and the every avenue for the company and the bb.               I just had the unfortunate experience of visiting your store in *****************- the ************************************************************** location- @ 6:20 PM on 12/28/2021 I am a frequent customer and visit this location all the time. This evening I stopped to purchase some redbull and some snacks as well as cash in some lottery tickets- What I experienced was an extremely rude- hostile employee named ******- who claimed to be the STORE manager of this location. Upon checking your cooler I noticed the redbull that I was looking for was not stocked- but it appeared that there were multiple cases in the back cooler- I asked the manager ****** if he would be so kind to get some for me- this inconvenienced him and he gave me an attitude- but agreed to go back and get some for me- I didn't want to have ****** open up the case - so I told him I would buy the entire 24 pack @ individual price- He then stated that I couldn't have the case- and that he needed them for other customers- he became extremely rude and started offering to sell me 19 of the 24 in the case- I was trying to be polite and friendly even though I noticed ******** behavior to be aggressive- and EXTREMELY RUDE- i decided not to purchase any of the redbulls and just cash in my lottery tickets- He then stated that he couldnt cash lottery tickets if they exceeded 100$ in value- ****** should not be dealing with customers face to face- during our entire interaction- he was rude- hostile and was lecturing me about my age- and stating that I didn't know how it was to work in RETAIL- i told him I worked in retail and dealt with customers on a day to day basis- and his behavior was inappropriate- he then stated that he had KIDS that were older than me- basically implying that what I was saying didn't matter- ****** needs to be trained on how to handle customers or not be a manager- his behavior was not appropriate for someone on the management level and this reflects on your brand-(thortons) I am a regualr customer and have brought thousands of dollars in business to this location- I will not be returning becasue of my expereince today- unless proper action is taken to rectifiy the treatment and experience that I went through today- I have left my contact details below if you would like to speak with me regarding this incident-
