The communications before the appointment was helpful & accurate. The technicians were thorough & explained what they found & what they would advise without pressuring us for a purchase. I appreciated everything they did and explained.

We first used Schneller Knochelman 1 1/2 years ago to replace our water heater,,,,completed the same day, great experience. After that, we purchased the maintenance plan which is affordable and a wonderful convenience. We use the plan to cover our twice yearly inspections/maintenance. Since then, we had to replace our furnace,,another positive experience.Anytime Ive had to call for help or with a question, the staff has been so patient, friendly, and accommodating. They have never hesitated to make a house call when needed, and the technicians are professional and informative.Hats off to your company for developing and executing a great business model,,,a rarity in this day and age!Schneller Knochelmann Plumbing, Heating & Air Response

Logan came today for our annual plumbing inspection. He noted the water heater was manufactured in 2005 and showed us some potential problem areas as time continues move on. He explained to us about what can happen as it continues to age and also spoke to us about replacement. When my 2-year-old Heat pump broke (under warranty), the manufacturer indicated that they could not provide the replacement part for at least 3 weeks, Schneller Knochelman voluntarily provided a brand new heat pump immediately at no cost to me. That is superb customer service! The installment team of Tyler & Johnny were professional and thorough. Scott B was very thorough and professional during the entire assessment/evaluation, excavation, and repair of my broken and tree root-laden sewer line. He walked me through the repairs and quote and explained everything very well and helped identify root causes for several other issues related to my main concern. So glad I called them for a quote on a full system change. John knows his stuff for sure. He has been trained very well with proper information and is a very fine example of what customer service is about. John treated me and my home with the utmost respect. Was early in the time window that was planned and was truly interested in what my family needed, not what the company needed. Did a very thorough exam see what would be a perfect fit for our home. Project flow was explained well and he offered numerous plan options, but NO pushy sales. Reviews can be bought and solicited. See for yourself folks, S/K seems to be the real deal.
