Dalton claimed he installed my "Blink Camera " correctly when requested to see pictures of how he installed the camera he could not provide me with any pictures of his work that he completed on my property! The technician was quite abrupt and claimed via phone that he knew that what he was telling me was correct. I have been a loyal customer for a number of years and never have experienced this type of service Dalton is the first ----------------------NO pictures of his work that proves he installed it correctlyBusiness response

We responded immediately to this customer's concern and sent our service supervisor the next day to help him re-attach his camera to its holder. Everything has been taken care of to our customer's satisfaction.Customer response

The concern was and is that I have done business with Mr. Handyman for years --while I appreciate the supervisor coming out the tech person did not take a picture of his work to prove that he placed the camera properly ----he did not take a picture of the work which is required of all the jobs they do which has been done for the last couple of years ----------I have requested a 50% discount since it took the tech person 10 mins for a 200 dollar charge ------------In fairness to me, I would appreciate a discount -----Business response

At the original appointment, this customer was instructed in person by our service professional how his camera worked and how to replace the camera on its base should the customer ever need to remove it for service. The customer agreed to the cost prior to the service being completed. When our service supervisor was dispatched the following day, he discussed a second time with the customer how to reattach the camera onto its base. We stand behind our service and our technician's assessment and execution of the original service request. Further, we dispatched our service supervisor for additional instruction at no additional cost to the customer. We will not be discounting this service.Customer response

The said business failed to take a picture as part of the process once completed. Disappointed in the work they have done
