      We had an awesome experience from start to finish in ordering a new above ground pool with David in sales. He was outstanding and went above and beyond making the process go smoothly. Cannot say enough how well he did. ***** and ****

      I ordered a hot tub in the summer of 2023 and as of February 20, 2024. I have not been able to get in it. It wasnt delivered until after Christmas and it has not worked. We have to constantly call to get somebody out to look at it. They dont call back when we leave messages. We are always the ones having to call to see what is going on with any parts. Its been the most frustrating purchase of my life. I will never use them for anything again and my family will not either.

      We had an awesome experience with Mark at Watson’s in Evendale. To start Mark was super informative about the pool options they provided over the phone. This initiated our visit to see the actual pools. Their showroom is outstanding, if you are looking for any type of accessory to living life comfortably and enjoyably, they have it. Mark educated us on the different type of pools, care and accessories. Mark was so easy to talk to, no pressure. Definitely highly recommend Mark at Watson’s he was outstanding! Also we just met Adam for our site survey yesterday and he was fantastic! Very informative and helpful in laying out our options for the pool since we purchased a semi-inground. Great Experience all around!

      Watsons sales person and staff were excellent today. Pam assisted the sale of a fire pit and had help from them to put in our SUV.

      First, it took weeks to reach the service department. When I finally did, I was told they had many customers saying that and we all had the wrong number. That is difficult to believe, I had emailed and left a voice message. Upon reaching them, the appointment was scheduled weeks out. My hot tub, over $10,000.00 dollars, was leaking, requiring filling every 23 days. My husband had an injury and uses it several times daily. They came out on October 24th, need a new manifold. The protection light was on, which was fixed, but came on again in 2 days a. I have only great things to say about the gentleman who came out, he was wonderful. After hearing nothing, getting cold now and insulation was removed, I called. Part had not yet been ordered, they said they would order it and may be as long as 2 weeks. Heading nothing. On November 24th, called again, unable to reach them or leave message after 3 minutes, nothing but recording, never connected to department. Meanwhile, the hot tub is being filled every couple days, freezing weather so had to buy a hose that was freeze proof, connect and disconnect hose, tub is not protected since insulation was removed, unable to use tub. Thank you.
