      I booked a King size room for 11/18/23 through booking.com as I’ve done many times before. I called 11/13/23 to ask the size of the room and the representative was very rude and advised the room hadn’t been assigned. On the morning of 11/18/23 my husband had flowers delivered to the room and called again to request the flowers be placed in the assigned room, the representative again was very rude and advised that the flowers couldn’t be placed in a room because there was still no assignment. When we arrived, the room was not the square footage advertised- I went back to discuss and the manager was extremely rude and not helpful and advised “I don’t know what you want me to do about it we’re sold out”. Reluctantly we had to stay where we realized half the bouquet was missing and the flowers delivered had been opened. We then realized the hot water was out for our entire stay. I have called the hotel and they advised that they were aware the hot water is out and waiting for maintenance to fix the issue. We were never advised of this issue when booking the room and there was no discount or refund received. I have called the hotel and was advised all managers are out for the holiday. I called SREE Hotels and received no answer.

      Major issues with your hotel in Cincinnati Ohio. Staying at the Cincinnatian Hotel. Let's start with the 1st room I was offered. No heat 59 degrees in the room. Second room they gave me was ADA room for handicap person and very run down. Third and final room. Heat only goes to 70 degrees all night. Light bulbs burned out other bulbs flickering. Fridge is iced up and not working .. stains on the walls and shower curtain. ( Afraid of what made the stains) Curtain pulls broken off the wall. Toliet rocks left to right. Mold on the grout and caulking. Chipping paint. Missing sprinklerhead covers and tons of dirt coming out of them. This morning I spoke to the manager and he didn't even care the woman at the front desk tried to offer another room. It was worse. When I asked the manager( Amr B****) what kind of hotel he is running all he could say is sorry he is not the owner. And thank you for your stay. This gentleman has no clue on customer service or how to run a hotel. This is definitely not a Hilton by any standards. Unfortunately for me i am stuck here in this hotel until Tuesday. Unable to find open rooms as it's Christmas weekend. Not even sure who to complain to. But this is horrible to be treated this way at a Hilton Hotel.

      On the day of the check out we clocked out at 10am and only realized we left our new laptop in the room at 3pm that day. I immediately called and asked to have it checked in the room. That is when mac app "find my" registered my laptop automatically connect to internet right at 3:07pm. When i came back to the hotel, I confronted the GM with the screenshot of my app, but he kept claiming that his staff is very honest and none of them saw the laptop.

      I stayed at the Cincinnatia on 10/6/21 and used their valet service for overnight parking. The valet service damaged our brand new vehicle and did not report it. When I called the hotel to report and damage and get the car fixed, they gave me a valet manager's number and I was told to resolve with him. I called the valet manager several times, there was no answer and the voicemail was full. He did not call me back for nearly a week. He took my information and had me text pictures of the damage. He told me he'd get back to me the next day. No response. I've requested their insurance carriers information. No reponse. The valet management is unprofessional and drivers are responsible for damaging a brand new car. They seem to think that if they don't respond the claim will just go away. Horrible experience from both the hotel staff (completely unresponsive, didn't return voicemails, offered no assistance or escalation point) and the valet manager, who is barely present and can't followup.
