On February 23,2023 at 11:15am. I went to ******* Supercenter on ******* ******* with my mother. We purchased a Medium Diva Heart Tag with a split ring. The total of the purchase was $14.17. My mother paid for the heart with her debit card. The kiosk never did dispense the dog tag. The manager of the ******* said they were not responsible for the inconvenience. So I emailed ***** ***. ******** screws - Lifetime warranty are rusting out. I have installed 1000's of these screws in the past 3 years Now they are rusting and breaking and my fence and other projects are falling apart. Contacted them over a week ago and the response I got; They're looking into this and someone will contact you as soon as they know something. No one has contacted me!Business response

The customer first contacted our customer service department on 10/13/21 and then almost immediately filed this complaint on 10/22/21 while we were still investigating the customer's claims. We have reached out to the customer multiple times and have recently received a response. But there is no immediate solution to the customer's claims. We need to receive samples of the products from the customer in order to test them and confirm the cause of any alleged problems. We will continue to work with the customer to complete our investigation and determine the proper resolution of the customer's complaint.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.Reject, there was no offer.
I sent a detailed list of the quantity of screws and labor to install them they did not respond to this.Plus the pdf list attached.
