I got their services and paid $179. They were supposed to email me results. I called and ask for an update on the results. The customer care specialist told me I had to get a lawyer due to privacy. No one told me when I paid the $179 that I needed to get a lawyer to get the results. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the guy that belligerent with me and hung up for me. I called back and was on hold for a while and when he answered the phone again he hung up on me again. I want my money backBusiness response

Dear BBB,
Ms. ***** has not received her results for her DNA test due to the fact that the alleged father has not come to our lab and completed his portion of the test. When he arrives and completes his portion, we will send the samples to the lab and deliver the results as soon as the lab releases them. Our call center people do not have access to local lab samples and cannot provide local lab information. Customers/patients are directed by lab personnel and our recorded phone instructions to contact the local lab directly for results.
