I hired Walter R***** from Cutting Edge Lawn & Landscaping to tree my trees in my yard. We had a contract for everything was was to be done. I paid him in full in the amount of $1,115.00 (unfortunately before the job was completed) The contract was agreed upon in January of 2022, it is now October and the work was never completed. I told him he needed to give me a refund, we agreed on $200, but I have not received any refund from him and he has pretty much ghosted me and is not responding to any messages.Initial Complaint

On 9/30/2020 I received a quote from Cutting Edge Lawn and Landscaping in the amount of $2471.40 to do a paver patio in our back yard at the bottom of our deck steps. They came to do the job around Oct. 8th, 2020 and ran out of material several times and asked me to pay for the additional materials even though I had told him the dimensions that I wanted the patio to be. I ended up paying $2821.40. The next day I noticed that there was a white film over all of the pavers that would not come off. 1 month later the patio started sinking in in the middle. As time has gone on, pavers started falling off the edges and sinking in at the bottom of the steps causing a hazard. I attempted to get the business owner to return to fix the problem and he told me that he would have to charge me labor to fix a problem caused by the job not being done properly to begin with. Due to the owner's arrogant and argumentative attitude, I do not want him back on my property.
