You can add my name to the list of complaints for Brandon Ellis Law firm as they are the same. This company took my money and did nothing. Its been almost a year and I contacted them to return all my money back.However, I have not heard from them.*********************

Went on line said to email the company. Waited 8 days e-mail days can only answer on phone. Called 3 days waited over one hour each day. Finally told will know something in 3 weeks. Terrible service

I hope the others that left a review see this . It sounds like we are all in the same boat here. I got lucky tho when they sub contracted one of my card to someone else. Without him I couldnt have gotten the information I did. Everyone needs to contact ******* They are the company that collects your money.my credit card debt has doubled since I started with them Brandon Ellis was taking out around half of my payment a month in fees and never contacted a single card company. I called ******* and told them I wanted to cancel . She ask if it was on my end for the need and I told her no. No more questions she said Id have the money in that account which was half of what it should be. She also told me to contact Brandon Ellis to be compensated for the money they owe me. I received my check from ******* but Ellis had canceled my online account quick and not answering calls ( nothing new)Heads up for me was I settled a litigation and even tho I was giving Ellis money for that I ended up having to pay the litigation fee out of pocket also

I am extremely upset with Brandon Ellis Law. I began consolidation with them in July of 2023. When reviewing and signing contracts with this law firm the reviews were great and I felt very comfortable with all of the details and litigation of the process. I am now 9 months in and not one debt has come to terms of resolution at all. For weeks I have been calling not able to get through to any representatives. My longest wait was 1.5hrs and I have sent multiple emails. I dont even have a way to stop the payments without paying a fee to my bank to block their processing. I received 2 emails that has left me with questions pertaining to things they are changing in their litigation process and I just want proper correspondence!

Never answers the phone. The assigned lawyer doesn’t answer the phone either. No debts were settled. Just kept taking my money. I’m canceling and changing my bank account. ***** *

I got in touch with Brandon Ellis law firm to assist in negotiating with my credit card companies. I began paying $700 a month in Dec 23 and have not been able to get in touch with anyone to get an update on anything. I see nothing on their portal and I just tried calling again at 4:20pm EST and the "office is closed. Office hours 9am-5:30pm." Obviously should be open on a Tuesday! I have not been able to talk to someone or receive any assistance for the last month that I have been trying.

I started my journey with Brandon Ellis law firm June if 2023. Have been making payments for 9-10 months. Never missed a payment and if I received anything in the mail from collectors I sent it to them. They usually always emailed back immediately. I am now being summoned to court by the credit card company so I sent the documents over to Brandon Ellis law firm and gave them time to review it. Its been 2 weeks since I sent the documents over and I havent received and email back nor a call. I have been on hold everyday for hours and hours trying to contact them. Sent multiple emails a day. I checked my bank acct that was set up through them for my funds to go into to pay off my debt and realized they took most of it for their business charges. They havent even contacted the creditors like they told me multiple times they would. Its been 9-10 months and they have done nothing but set up my bank acct for them to take my money and do nothing for me! Im so upset and stressed. They made everything seem so easy and understanding in the beginning but now when I actually need assistance and am in trouble, I cant get ahold of them! I wish I would have never signed up for this company!! It has ruined me 100% worse than what I was dealing with before.

I tried working with them for credit repair. I gave them a specific list of companies I wanted help with. There were some credit card companies that I was easily paying off on my own. During the time I worked with them they stopped taking payments twice and closed our accounts because they failed to withdraw money from my bank account. This was not because of lack of money but because their system didn't work. Then I find out they closed an account I wanted to keep. I called the credit card company but they said that sense it was closed only a new account can be created and my credit score is too low to create a new account. Also we spent weeks trying to sign a eDocument for them but they kept screwing it up and asking me to resign. They are the most incompetent law firm I have ever worked with and I wouldn't recommend them even to someone I didn't like.

I started the debt consolidation program on September 25th and paid 2 times every month (except 1 that I skipped). Every time I called I was on hold for no less than 30 minutes with the most being 1 hour 15 minutes. When I did talk to someone live the answer was always, they are short handed. I could never get a straight answer for my questions. After dealing with this for 5 months I decided to go with a company that I heard very good things about. When I spoke with this new company, they said that Ellis should refund the majority of the money that I paid in, especially since they didn't settle anything in the time I was with them. I am finding out that I am getting 20% of the money I paid them. Now I can't get an answer to when I will get my money back or when I will get it. I would go somewhere else to do your consolidation financing.

I started Brandon E**** debt negotiatation program in may 31 2023. My wife credit was 729 and mine was 719. Today February 21 2024, my credit is 580 and my wife's I don't have a Fico score. I have called this company 12-15-23 through 12-19-23 for three days like a credit card collector. No response. Called Brandon E**** January 12 2024 listened to the music for 2 hrs. also tell you to check your portal, and gave up. Emailed them january 16, 2024 asking what is going on with the credit cards. I see nothing has been done and was told by two representatives (the one that started my program and the welcome lady for the program). said things should be moving forward by 4 to 8 months. I pacifically asked both representatives if things would be under control because I need to buy a vehicle for my daughter in march of 2024. Both said that it should be. There response to the email: was we apologize that we were unable to answer your call. I emailed twice this week and still have no response and now I have attorneys contacting me about bring a lawsuit for dept. I have called their numbers like it's my job. still no response
