I have a debt repayment and I called an asked to speak with the attorney that’s handling my situation which I don’t have a problem with paying so I called the place first young lady I asked her about speaking to someone other then her a attorney so I could speak to him about adjusting my payment she said there’s no way to adjust I was advised by my job an courts to reach out to him about this so she was a little rude but she connected me to another person so she answers the call and repeated the same lines the one before said to me so I said well I asked the lady before you if I could speak to someone you just read me the same lines she did she then goes to rudely say she was supervisor I said ok well I would like to speak to a attorney about my situation she says well you can’t they don’t talk to people I said well how is that? She said they just don’t and then I’m like ok well your very rude and I simply asked you a question an this is your response I need your name rudely she said Callie I asked for her last name she said I’m not giving you my last name I wanted it to add to my complaint so I said well I need a customer service number or someone that I can speak with about you because your extremely rude she said there isn’t one so I asked her then who authorized you to be able to go into my acct then and how am I able to speak with you your a representative and not a attorney she again rudely said because I can I work for them something to that effect I’m not understanding first why she’s so rude an how is it that I can’t speak with the attorney she says he’s not your representative and I get that I’m not trying to disagree with paying I just wanted to have it adjusted how is it that weather I owe or not that people can be so rude and get away with it there’s review after review about how rude and unprofessional these people are and it’s terrible that they have people work for them representing them that act this way I just want to speak with an attorney
