            This business has a pattern of complaints concerning their websites, www.change-of-address-online.com, and www.application-filing-service.com. Complaints state that consumers believed the websites were affiliated with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and/or Social Security Administration (SSA) based on the website design and services offered. 

            Consumers report that they were not aware the business was a third party agent until after the transaction was complete, and they had been charged $20 for address change services, and/or $39 for social security card services. These services are offered for free via the USPS and SSA.

            Both websites contain a disclaimer that the business is a third party agent, and charges a fee for services that can be obtained for free through the applicable government agencies.

            On November 20, 2018 BBB requested to meet with the business to discuss the pattern of complaints, and is currently awaiting a response.

              My wife ****** ** ********* was deceived into thinking this was a government website, **************** She was requesting a Social Security card, and on the website it said there was a five dollar application fee. After filling in all of the information, including her credit card, ending in 4283, she was charged $39. There was a button to click if you wanted a refund, which she did, and she never received confirmation or any email concerning the order or cancellation. Within minutes the charge showed up on the credit card account. She called in to cancel the credit card; However, the charge still went through. She sent numerous emails, which remain unanswered, she made numerous phone calls, which referred her back the website explaining to email questions. Also, the live chat link on the website doesn’t work. The phone number ###-###-#### is coming up from *********** **. The credit card company gave me a phone number ###-###-#### which is coming up from ******* **. When calling that number it said the user at that extension is not available please leave a message, then it said user’s mailbox is full. Listed is their refund policy on their website: Refund Policy: 30 day satisfaction guaranteed.               11/28/21 I went online to renew my Passport and the first site that came up was *******************************************l/ - I proceeded to complete my very personal information such as birthday, social security number etc.... and paid a 49.00 fee which did seem a little odd since my passport cost more the first time but since I was renewing it, figured it was cheaper. Since then I realized they have scammed hundreds of people, given them nothing, not answered their calls and repeatly charged the credit card form of payment. Now this company has my valuable info and this needs to stop.
