I called in Trusty Emergency Locksmith to replace locks on my new home. They installed three locks on 5/17/24. One deadbolt lock on my front door jams and makes it difficult to shut the door because the hardware grinds together. They also did not install a deadbolt latch on the interior of the home. There is only another keyhole. Door shavings from installing the deadbolt lock were left on the floor. The deadbolt lock they installed on the garage door does not meet / go inside the doorframe, so it is incapable of locking the door. The regular door lock does work. These services cost $669.50. I called the locksmith company. They are sending 20% of the money back via check after I told them I did not want them to come back to the property to resolve the issue. I told them 20% refund was an unacceptable resolution. I am waiting to cash the check pending this complaint. Videos of faulty lock operation available upon request. Unable to submit in complaint due to size.
