      The repair man Craigac ame to my house to fix dishwasher and the part hr installed didn't. Fix it so he.ordered a.new circuit board and it worked for two cycles and broke again and another guy came out and said the circuit board broke again and he took it and never came back and I called them and they have no record of it and I have a dishwasher with no board and it's been months and they need to replace my board

      Dear **** ******* 

      Here is the long shaggy dog story. 
      On 05/27/21 we replaced the control board and the user interface. Parts totaling $172.40. Total job was $234.85 including our labor charge. Our technician Craig tested the dishwasher, and all seemed to run fine. *** ******* was going to call in payment later that day. No payment was called in. We called her for payment, left a message, then mailed an invoice to *** *******. 
      May I explain we believe our customers warranty applies and begins when the job is completed. Never got paid by *** *******, but she did contact our office on 07/26/21 and stated that her dishwasher was not operating properly. We took her in good faith, we will come out and re check her dishwasher at no charge of course! But we did expect the past bill to be paid. 
      We set an appointment for 07/27/21, customer re-set for 07/30/21. Then called into work so reset for 08/05/21. Finally, we got into the home to fix our control board we installed was not working properly and needed replaced. 
      On 08/19/21 the new part was checked in and set the job for 08/24/21. The appointment was canceled by *** ******* on 08/24/21. 
      We left a voicemail & e-mail to reschedule on 10/04/21. We are trying to rectify this situation. 
      Finally, on 11/19/21 we are set to complete this job. Called *** ******* to work out the balance of $202.00 at the time of our repair, she texted our technician that she could not answer at this time. We did not complete the repairs. 

      On 11/22/21 we put a hold on this call until we get arrangements to have this job paid for at the time of repair. 
      I don't think this is too much to ask. Normally our customers get a warranty after the job is complete & paid for. 
      So now on 01/22/22 we receive a BBB complaint from *** *******. The claim that we have no record of her job is false, Our system has 2 %2 pages of notes. 
      Our bottom line is the same as it's been for 3 months. We are ready to replace the faulty board if *** ******* will totally agree to pay for the outstanding bill when the job is completed. We have the board and are ready to repair her dishwasher if we can expect payment. 
      Money is the root to all evil, but it still helps us all pay out debts.
