I have called several times since 8/26 which was our moving date stating the following: missing nails to my daughters bed, missing 2 poles to my twins bunk beds, broken electrical wire to our led sofas which are only 2 years old. No one has yet to return my call.Initial Complaint

The movers worked fast and seemed to get the job done. Until I checked the container. I found out that they had completely destroyed a coffee table, scratched up my expensive office desk, and destroyed another item. I called them the next day and a friendly gentleman assured me I would hear from management very shortly. This was exactly a week ago. I have yet to hear from them. What really upsets me is that the movers not only didn’t tell me about their destruction of my property, but they had the audacity to suggest I tip them. I paid $300 including tip. I expect them to compensate me for the damaged itemsInitial Complaint

This company was great on the front end as far as efficiency in scheduling, being on time, quick to move and nice on the day of the move. But..... after they left, I discovered a 4.5 inch crack in a visible wooden bedframe. I sent them pictures of the damage with an email, no response. I then called 5 times over the course of 6-7 weeks with no return call and no response to my email. Each time I was told "*******" would call me back and that it wasn't the person that was answering the phone department. Great on the front end of the move, but poor customer service on the back end of the move if you should have any damage to your property. It would have been nice to at the very least have them return my call to discuss. I do not recommend them because of this issue and I just wanted restitution for the bed.
