The review ***** is a perfect example of every one isnt honest . This made me comment when I saw notarized and get money back. BBB should take down . She bought in 2015 but posted 2022 First, I have owned 5 Subarus . From used demo and new . Now I am certain this is not true . They sold it me several times and program Second, it never sold several times for one car . Its nothing notarized mailed . And its optional insurance I i i also had a 2015 . Its usually not recommended. Just like buying TV warranty. ITs insurance. Warranty is covering a product that you purchased. I dont buy on new cars but I did purchase on a Subaru Demo. Used low mileage but buyer beware. So insurance is not for car parts or repairs. Warranty doesnt cover car car wreck. . So knowing the difference is important. Both have one thing in common. If you dont use it . Its not refunded. And just as she said.. its in your car payment. So its like a mortgage that pays insurance companies. You dont have to do escrow but most people do not want to get stuck. Used demo I bought warranty for $900 it was really cheap and it worked out. The demo is a rental car so you just dont know. We had a drift shaft..very rare ..,but the dealer replaced everything. I was extremely happy.I bought another car , never used it .I bought tire warranty for a truck .It worked out. Its a warranty . For parts. Subaru rolls the coverage Into payment . So when you leave its also cant be added .But there are all sorts of car warranty companies. The question is what is your best bet.. if used .. and if you have an emergency fund. So just put its not always bad . After all sales are not done until signed. Dont worry about their sales and you feel like you are hurting feelings. Women are born to think of others. This is why if someone came into your house. Women think.. No . shoot . protect your house. Your might live in the car if you dont understand. . demo is a demo .Review from Donna B

I bought a new Outback in June, 2015. They talked me into purchasing an Extended Buy Back Maintenance Program for $1500. I was told that if I did not file anything on this program that I would have papers to fill out & I would receive my money back as soon as I fulfilled my obligations. They gave me this information in an envelope & marked exactly when I needed to file for my refund on the front of the envelope. In July 2021, I got together all the paperwork that was needed, had it notarized, & mailed it registered mail to the company that was to reimburse me. I was sold this policy by Beechmont Subaru & paid for this program included in my payments to Subaru. I have contacted the person that sold me the program several times, only to be told that they (the dealer) has nothing to do with this program. It is a 3rd party program. I sent my packet to receive my refund to ************ Claims. I was told by them that they received it & sent it to *** Group on August 6, 2021. *** Group is the company that sends the refunds. I was told that *** was behind 3 months in getting out refunds. Later told they were 6 months behind because of Covid. ************ is now saying that *** is at least 9 months behind & they have contacted Legal action against *** Group. ************ provided me addresses & phone numbers for the *** Group & they either do not work or take messages that are never returned. I'm tired of everyone passing the buck on this. Beechmont Subaru was only interested in selling me this program & now that they received their money has no interest in standing behind the products they are pushing. I would like a resolution to receiving the money that is owed to me.Review from Makala K

As a second year college student , I decided to look at used cars that I would make payments on to help build my credit. I found a 2013 ******* Elantra that had less than ******* miles on it and it came with a dealer warranty. I fell in love with this car. At first, everyone was super nice and helpful. The online process of everything made things quick and easy at the dealership. After driving my car for a few weeks, I noticed that but was shaky, it would have a difficult time starting and when I was driving, it would unexpectedly shut off. I made an appointment to the service center at beechmont Subaru. They allowed me to make an appointment even though they said, we dont know how to fix *******s. Youre going to have to go to a ******* dealership. It took weeks to get an appointment in at *******. I had to start college (3 hours away from home) without a car. ******* also let us know that there were two open recalls on the car that the dealership didnt fix nor notify me about. Then ******* diagnosed why the car wouldnt start and would randomly shut off when driving, the crankshaft position sensor was bad. They said it was going to cost 338$ to fix. With me having the car less than a month as well as having a dealership warranty, I assumed I wouldnt have to pay anything. I was extremely wrong. I had to pay completely out of pocket and when I confronted the dealership for help they pretty much brushed me to the side and said not our problem. Another kicker to this story is, when I bought the car, the salesman said yeah, we check to make sure everything is fine with the car. We wouldnt sell you something thats going to break immediately. I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed with how I was treated within this company. I will not be referring anyone to this car lot.Beechmont Subaru Response

I am very sorry to hear that you experienced an issue with your car. We do put the used cars through a thorough inspection process. We do not want this to happen to anyone. Used cars can be temperamental. Sensors typically go out, they do not show wear or indicate they are nearing the end of their life. I do apologize if your situation was not met with empathy. We do care about all our customers. Unfortunately, sometimes when things go wrong on a car they are as unexpected to us an they are to you. Your dealership service contract will cover quite a few things should any other issues arise. I do sincerely thank you for your business and apologize for past experience with our service department.
