      I purchased a car from them around 01/16/24. I got temp tag. It has been over 45 days and I cannot get tags. I do not have a title I contacted them, spoke to a manager, who said he would address the issues. I have not heard from them. I called and was brushed off. They said Mandy was off. I advised of my issues and no one did anything. To this day going on 2 months no tags and no communication. I want restitution if I get a ticket. I offered to get my tags at purchased and was told they had to do it. How long do I have to drive on expired tags before they do what was promised.

      This is in response to *** ********** ************ complaint dated 3/7/2024.The customer purchased the **** ***** on 1/17/24.  After processing the documents we sent the tile to the Ohio title department and they issued a title on 2/8/24.  They sent us the title and memo tile for the vehicle.  We then sent the original title to the lienholder and mailed the customer the memo title on 2/10/24.  The memo title is all that was needed for the customer to purchase license plates. On 3/8/24, the customer is to come to the dealership to get a copy of the memo title as she said she never received one in the mail.

      This dealership is the most incompetent dealership I ever been too.I was charged for my keys to be programmed and low and behold my keys were never programmed.I had to tow my vehicle to ********** ********* and they informed me the keys were programmed incorrectly causing my car not to start.I had to pay this dealership 145 and ********* 145 plus another 144 for a diagnostic check.The ********* location also noticed it was rust inside of my trunk causing the third break light not to work.After doing my 10k mile inspection they never never mentioned this ,I feel lied to and robbed.No one gave me an apology or acted like they cared.********* Volkswagen went above and beyond to help me when this dealership the place I bought it from did nothing.Chris the vw employee at this dealership refused to give me my car and was extremely insensitive.Chris has been rude to me on 2 occasions.Chris told me I couldn’t get my vehicle because my paperwork wasn’t done.After speaking to a manager named Bill Gullen he told me I could come and get my car.This experience has caused me so much emotional stress and it saddens me this is the level of service these people give to their customers.I will never come back.

      We pride ourselves in taking care of any and all customers with dignity and respect.  This car was towed in to our dealership and the customer needed to get her keys programmed. After programming keys, the car would not start. We informed the customer that car would not start and she agreed to have it diagnosed. We noticed that there was a sticky substance all around the gear shift, so we took the cover off and cleaned around gear shift to make sure that that was not the issue with the car not starting. Customer then called very unhappy and wanting to come and get car back. She came to pick up vehicle and we issued her a full refund.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.
      NOTHING WAS CLEANED OR FIXED,MY CAR WAS LEFT TORE UP WITH PIECES MISSING,********* FIXED THE ISSUE AFTER You FAILED TOO.

      Purchased a **** ****** ******* with an extended warranty. I was told the warranty had a disappearing deductible if it was worked on at Joseph. Joseph is an auto group, and it wasn't made clear that it was only for that very specific location, which is Volkswagen. It doesn't make much sense to bring my ****** to the Volkswagen dealer, when Joseph has a ****** location. There should have been explicit advisement about the Joseph disappearing deductible, as I had to pay $200 to Joseph ****** for warranty work.
