Joseph Volkswagen is awful. It's amazing how I can deny an expensive service, then bring it back for that service only to be told that they re-diagnosed it and that I need a different service that's 3x the original quote.Then after explaining to them that I don't have the money for that, they ran my car completely out of diesel. Miles to go: 0. I've never seen that. I live in the middle of nowhere, I had maybe a little less than a quarter of a tank when it was dropped off there.Common courtesy, though, would have been to add a little bit to the tank ($5-6) so the customer (who has already spent thousands of dollars with you) can get from point a to the nearest shady filling station - assuring that the customer will come back when they need a service.Not here.You'll be treated like a second-class citizen at the desk. Only one person out of 5 will be checking people out.I did not think I needed to be charged for a second diagnosis, since I brought it in for a service in which a diagnosis was already paid for. I would have argued this with the person checking me out but they had already made a comment to another employee, "what are they gonna do, fire me?".Lord have mercy.I'll never spend money at a Joseph facility ever again.Not that it matters to them.I am going to go through the reporting process that another person on here suggested.

All they care about is selling you a new car. The fact of them keeping that car running is not their concern. I have a 2018 with engine problems that they mysteriously cannot fix. I have to argue with them everytime I get it back from them & it's still not fixed, just for them to have a rental for me & take my car back. All the General Manager was concerned about when I finally filed my complaint up the chain was selling me a new one - funny that my loan will be paid off soon & my car can't be fixed in their opinion. Once I told him I was not buying a Volkswagen again he found no solutions for me & told me to keep driving my car (that has the check engine light on & was just returned from them the same week) because he has no rental for me so I can't drop my car off yet. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for a car if you want good continued service for the lifetime of your car - because that is not what you get here.
