I purchased a **** ******* from Subaru of Kings Automall and got the Subaru gold warranty. Nine months ago, my rear camera died. The Subaru of Kings Automall team determined that a new radio is needed to solve the camera issue. I have been waiting for this part for over nine months. The dealership refuses to tell me when I will get a replacement radio. I started a case to the Subaru Customer Advocacy Department (Case#***************), who also refuses to tell me when I will get a replacement radio. Please note that the failure to display the rearview image creates a noncompliance with the requirements of ***** *** – “Rear Visibility,” increasing the risk of a crash. I need help from BBB to get an answer on when I will get part. This situation is totally unacceptable and extremely frustrating.Initial Complaint

I purchased a used **** ****** ***** from this dealership on October 14th, 2022. The salesman I was working with informed me that the car was recently serviced within their shop for a bent rim/wheel and that it was fixed. I requested their personal service records to verify what was completed but they only showed me what was reported to the ******. However, upon driving the car an hour home it started vibrating within the steering wheel and seats. A short 7 days later, I took the car into a reputable Certified ****** dealership, ****** ****** in **********, to check over the tires and to my surprise they found my right rear passenger wheel was still in fact bent when I was informed it was fixed with my grandpa as a witness. When I spoke to the dealership to get the issue resolved, they informed me this conversation did not take place and I had a miscommunication on my part. I would like full reimbursement for the new wheel since it will be around 500 dollars with taxes calculated. After spending 20k on a car that was in “good” shape as they informed me.Initial Complaint

In August on 2022, I bought a **** ****** ***** for 17k; I put down 3k. On the same day the car wouldn't work, so I had to give it back for them to fix it. They told me they fixed the problem but the van still wasn't working. So they took it back for the second time. They spent a week with the van (Which was last week), within that week my mother asked if I could trade in the van, they told her i could not. After the week passed we got the van back which was a couple days ago. Took it for a ride, the van shut down on us in the middle of the road. Right now they want us to drive down there with the van so they can look at it for the third time. The issue is, the dealership is a 2 hour drive from where i'm at, and the van is unreliable on the road. Bottom line, they sold me a broken vehicle.
