      My wife and I decided to checkout The Good Feet Store, after about 10 years of suffering foot pain.The guy we spent time with there was a likeable person, and seemed to be knowledgable and caring for my pain. The presentation seemed logical and the sample arch supports seemed reasonably comfortable. I was very interested, and financially able to spend whatever it may take to move forward for foot pain relief. When the prices of their "Program" were shared with us, we immediately realized that this was nothing more than a SCAM. Good luck to the criminals at The Good Feet Store, and better luck to the desperate poor souls looking for pain relief. A multitude of varying arch supports and pads, and shoes can be purchased for A LOT LESS MONEY. Don't be a victim. Try a few different arch supports and you will find what is best for you. Purchashing this INSANE "PROGRAM" is dumb.

      Too expensive and made terrible callouses on my feet and they are in worse shape than they started! Not happy with them at all. I paid over $2,000 for my self and husband to help our feet and it’s been terrible. I can’t wear them without being in terrible pain

      I wish you could proceed in this process without giving any stars as that would suit the rating I would give the Good Feet store I wish I could inform as many people as I can to avoid doing business with this store but I know people such as myself felt that their reputation was valid to solve problems my daughter and I were experiencing For me it is constant back pain For my daughter its the discomfort she sometimes feels in her back due to surgery for scoliosis The salesman and that's exactly what they are salespeople took imprints of my daughter's feet as well as mine, had us fill out a survey and later returned with 3 sets of insoles for her and myself We tried them on in store and the salesman recommended we go to the New Balance store in ***** to aid in the process of correcting our issue This was January 14 ******************************************************************************************************* more now than it did previously and I found out why Recently I had a conversation with an Ankle/Foot doctor regarding a totally different issue I asked about the shoes they had on display in the lobby and if there was a pair he could recommend to resolve my back issue He asked about the issue and I told him in detail the problems I had and continue to have despite going to the Good Feet store He immediately frowned He asked if I had the insoles in my shoes currently and I did so he asked to see them Upon viewing them he saw several issues which dealt with the arch in the insole Upon placing it on my foot he showed me how the arch support was not conducive to my arch and there was a gap which was the reason it was not working He said the insoles arent custom made and asked if they gave them to me same day to which I responded yes He said he wished I had come to him but at the time the issue I was seeing him about was different He mentioned they do custom insoles for $350 I was floored I paid ******* I see why they dont offer refunds their product is flawed

      ******* and her daughter both purchased our 3 step system of foot orthotics. Not one pair. Not even one pair each. They purchased in January of 2022 and we never heard a word from either of them until this complaint. We encourage our customers to stay in touch during the break-in period especially if they are having any issues with break-in. Our products cost more because you get a system of three sets designed to work together to ease into the correction our products provide. Our foot orthotics also come with a lifetime guarantee. You purchase them one time. And we have a wonderful reputation as a company because of the unique engineering of the product and their ability to help far more often than arch supports cast off a foot with biomechical issues. We have reached out to *******. We hope she calls us or stops in. We will continue to take good care of her and her daughter should they simply get in touch with us.
