      To Whom It May Concern:

We want to thank *** ****** ***** for contacting Allied Cash Advance. We understand that there is some confusion with the terms and conditions of her loan. We completed an investigation into the matter and advise as of 3/26/2024 5 payments have come due on *** ***** account. The first payment was due on 11/01/2023 and was paid via ACH, which cleared. The second payment due on 12/01/2023 was also paid via ACH, and cleared. On 1/01/2024 the third payment was attempted via ACH, but on 1/05/2024 that payment was returned by *** ***** bank. Due to the return of the payment another attempt was made via ACH on 1/30/2024. On 2/01/2024 the automatic ACH was attempted. Both the ACHs (1/30/204 and 2/01/2024) were returned. On 2/26/2024 again the returned payment was attempted via ACH, but again was returned. After this attempt we will no longer attempt payments through ACH. *** ***** did make 1 debit card payment on 2/28/2024 that satisfied payment # 3. If *** ***** would like to provide bank statements showing payment have cleared we would be more than happy to review the documents but at this time the account is two payments past due.

Allied Cash Advance has been reporting false information to the credit companies and they have continued to do so for over a year now. They have ruined my credit and when I call to get a reason for the false reporting they say there is nothing they can do but give me a complaint # to call unable to speak to any managers or a corporate office there is zero help with zero explanation. Yet I’ve paid on my original loan amount of 4,500 for over a year now @ $303.99 every 2 weeks and I called for a pay off I was told up to date I owed $4,367.22 with no explanation or reason how or why I would owe almost what I originally borrowed over a year ago yet been paying $303.99 every 2 weeks. The rep I spoke to did not understand why and was unable to find out a reason just apologized and said there was nothing she can do but give me the complaint line #. This ********* * has made me physically and mentally sicker than I have ever been. Any help in regards would be awesome and I am willing to do anything I can to help make sure no other hard working American has to ********* * what they have put me through.

      To Whom it May Concern,
We want to thank *** ****** for contacting Allied Cash Advance regarding his concerns, and we’d like to take this opportunity to address them.

First, we understand *** ****** believes Allied Cash Advance is reporting inaccurate information to the credit bureaus. As previously communicated, we have investigated his concerns and confirmed that the reported information is true and accurate. A review of his loan history shows the customer has been 30-plus days late multiple times, and the company reported the payment history as such. We have explained our findings to *** ****** on several occasions. We respectfully decline his request to remove the information based on our findings.

Secondly, regarding *** ******’s loan balance, we show that he spoke to our store on 10/3/2023, and we provided the requested information to him. A review of his account shows he paid the loan off on 10/20/23, and it’s now considered Satisfied – Paid in Full. A review of his loan history confirms the following:

      Loan Amount: $5,000.00
      Principal Paid: $5,000.00
      Interest Paid:  $4,160.35
Remaining Balance as of 10/24/23: $0.00

Please note *** ****** paid his loan off via a debit card. If the payment returns, the above information will be null and void.

*** ****** has expressed concerns with his principal balance, stating he doesn’t understand why the balance isn’t decreasing. We have previously discussed his concerns and explained how payment apportionment works. We have communicated that at the beginning of an installment loan, most of the payment is applied to the interest; however, if the customer makes all installments on time, more of the payment is applied toward the principal throughout the loan. Additionally, we’ve also discussed his late payments with him. As stated previously, Ms. Loftin has been late 30-plus days on multiple occasions, resulting in additional interest accruing on the loan, which has impacted his ability to pay down the principal balance.

We believe this matter to be settled but if *** ****** has additional questions or concerns, he may contact us by visiting www.alliedcash.com/contact.

      Sincerely,

      -Customer Advocacy

I got a loan from allied cash back in February 2021 for the amount of $2065 was approved for it. The lady that handled it said I was in office in **** ******* to sign the paperwork which was a lie. I was living in ******** when I applied for a remote loan. Fast forward I went to ask for a refinance in the amount of $700 for for roof repairs to my home. I suffered a near fatal heart attack in the process of trying to repair my home that’s why I requested a refinance. But was told that I wasn’t allowed because I’m no longer a resident of *******. I went and talked with the district manager and same thing I’m blocked from getting any loans. But she did approve the original loan So I am currently blocked from getting any loans in Al states because of this.

Is 155% interest rate legal? I took out a loan while grieving, didn't look at the interest rate nor was it disclosed. I have fully repaid the original loan amount but am expected to continue to pay the interest. Cannot get the company to let me renegotiate the loan.

We want to thank *** ****** for contacting Check ‘n Go. We understand that there is some confusion with the terms and conditions of her loan and the current payoff amount.  After completing an investigation, we found that *** ****** agreed to the terms of her Loan Agreement when she signed the contract and took out an installment loan on 8/13/2022 in the amount of $4,190.00.  According to her Loan Agreement, her loan contained an Annual Percentage Rate of 155.57%, Finance Charges of $6,469.57, for a Total of Payments in the amount of $10,659.57.

She is more than welcome to pay off her loan early, which would result in a reduction of the daily interest.  The payoff amount changes daily and adjusts according to the amount of daily interest accrued.  She may contact customer support at any point to request an up to date payoff amount.  She can reach customer support at ###-###-####.

I have went to the business called check and go at the time for a loan for $3,000 I have been paying on the loan for over a year and a half when I never got a notification or paperwork that they had got shut down and I still been paying it until I got a call saying that they could not get funds out of my account anymore. And that they needed me to make my payment immediately after me being aware that they shut down I've been asking for paperwork about my loan but no paperwork has been received I've been getting calls from two different numbers coming back from two different in ******* and now my loan is more for what I got it out and nothing reflects from the $432 payments I've been paying every month on it! When asked for paperwork or something stating that they got shut down and why they moved I get nothing I just get going around in circles and they want my payment they tell me that the interest in each day so now my payment is gone from $432 to over $1,200 within 3 days because of interest I don't know what to do here I'm on a fixed income !!

      To Whom It May Concern:

We want to thank *** **** for contacting Check ‘n Go regarding her installment loan. We understand that there is some confusion with the terms and conditions of her loan and the remaining loan balance.

We completed an investigation into the matter and can confirm that she took out an installment loan on 4/22/2022 in the amount of $3,500.00, an APR of 123.53% and consisting of 23 monthly payments in the amount of $413.66.  *** ****** loan has fallen into delinquent statues multiple times with installment payments returned by her bank for insufficient funds.  These returned payments resulted in extra daily interest added to the loan balance and have caused the outstanding balance to increase.

*** **** is more than welcome to pay off the loan early which would result in daily interest savings over the life of the loan.  If she has any additional questions or would like to make a payment, we would encourage her to contact Customer Support at ###-###-####, and one of our agents would be happy to assist her.

I have a current loan through Allied Cash Advance. I have automatic payment withdrawn from my account every other Thurs in the amount of 292.42 I called my local store on 06/28/22 to inquire about refinancing my current loan and spoke to William. He informed that I had roughly $1200 before I would be eligible for refinancing. I explained that the balance seemed high and he stated that can be due to missed or delinquent payments. I explained that I didn't have any missed or delinquent payments. He informed me that he was just saying what could be the possible cause. I asked him to confirm that I didn't have any missed or delinquent payments. He paused and then confirmed that I didn't. On Wed 6/22/22 I checked my bank account and saw that it was overdrrawn, when I inquired I discovered that this was because Allied Cash Advance attempted to pull an extra payment. I assumed that it was because of an error and called my local store. **** (store manager ****** **) answered and explained that they intentionally pulled the payment to cover a missed payment on January 13th. Confused I explained that I have never missed a payment. He stated that I had and they had attempted to reach me. I asked when and he stated that they call multiple times a week. I explained that if they had I had never received missed call or message. He stated they never left a message in 6 months, never sent an email, called my secondary number or sent a letter to rectify my account. I explained that I had called to inquire about my account and was informed that there were no missed payments on a recorded line. **** stated that he could not fix my account but would get in contact with his supervisor. I filed on online complaint on Thurs 06/23/22 and was contacted by a Manager on 06/24/22. She explained that she would pull the phone call and ******* would call on Monday. ******* called on 6/27/22 and informed me that despite the employee's error they would not credit the accrued interest.

On Saturday Oct. 30th 2021 I went into this establishment and borrowed 100 dollars. And agreed to pay back 115.49 on Nov. 13th 2021. On mon. November 1st. I went back to rescind the loan and pay back the q00 dollars I had borrowed as I did not need the loan as I expected. In thier contract in definitions, terms, and conditions. Artical #5 states " right of rescission. You may rescind this transaction at no cost by returning to our store and paying us the full amount financed in cash not later than our closing time on the next business day immediately following this date " which is exactly what I did, as they had closed shortly after I left on Saturday the 30th. I have also done this before at a similar business with no problems what so ever. But this lady at allied, refused to look at contract, refused to honor thier contract, told me she did not write that contract that she had me sign, and in no way was she accepting a 100 dollar payment. She said I had to pay 115.49 and that was final. If I didn't follow on my end of the contract, they would take action against me. Why in the world, do they not follow thier end , and honor thier contract.
