            my ex-husband wanted to separate our two dogs accounts and request that they do so instead they deleted my dog's entire file. Let me repeat that they deleted my dogs entire file. My ex-husband was never a contact on my dog's file. They went on to blame us and in a wildly inappropriate statement said it sounds like a marital problem. so anyone can walk in with the right name and the right phone number and delete your account and it's your fault. the most amazing thing is that not once did they apologize or even offer something resembling an apology. The owner is out to Suicide his company because he told me I don't give a ****. I recommend you read all the ****** reviews because apparently the service has taken an apparent dive and they could give a **** about how the customers are treated to the point that some reviews indicate that they're not even feeding the dogs during boarding

            If a customer calls and says "I don't have these dogs anymore, can you take them off of my file" that is what we are going to do. Stacy, our office manager, said she was sorry at least three times, and that all we had to do was make her a new file. We are still not sure what Mrs. ******** wanted us to do, but she refused to let us make a new file.

            Flat out lies. Instead of apologizing they put the blame on me by saying it sounds like a marital issue to me. Fact 1, I never requested my dog's file to be merged with my ex-husbands dog, they did that. Fact 2 my ex-husband has never paid for anything to do with my dog and was never indicated as a person to contact in reference to this dog. Fact 3 a simple apology and a request to see what they could do to repair this somehow restoring her files would have prevented me from filing this complaint. Fact 4 they NEVER once offered a solution . Fact 5 they didn't even bother to call me to confirm the request to delete her file. Fact 6 when I requested to speak with the owner he told me he really didn't give a s*** , his words not mine. Yelp reviews indicate but they never accept responsibility and place blame on the customer every single time.
