I had my helper arrange to drop my dog off we just took in from my husbands grandma that recently passed. I totally agree he was neglected he was very matted. Once we had extra money we got him in. My helper told us we had till 6 to get him or there will be an extra 70 dollar boarding fee. They called at 4:15 told us to get him that min. They needed to leave and pick up there kids. Unfortunately I live 15 mins away from the shop. They continued to call and cuss us out and hung up on us. While waiting for my dog to come out I did mention to another customer how we were getting cussed out but others ppl were coming and going. After getting home a lady called me from her personal phone saying I was talking trash to this customer which is false. I was speaking the truth. She continued on by saying how I appeared as a trashing w*ore. This whole thing could have been avoided if they didn’t tell us we were fine till 6 to get him. We were called liars about him not being utd on his shots but when I called my vet they said they would have to call them back and when they did call back classy canines wouldn’t answer the phone. Very bad communication skill. Very hostile. Very intimidating. Obviously unprofessional. An apology would be greatly appreciated but from there lack of customer skills I don’t see that happening.
