November 20th of 2023 I reached out to cancel my membership and received a prompt next day reply from Adam P****** that it was not on auto-renew and I would not be billed. I thought great, all is well. Come to find out I was indeed charged on March 31st for another full year of Gold Membership. I reached out to Adam and he promptly replied same day asking for info which I provided. After no reply for a week, I follow up and receive another question (they were trying to locate my account do to a name confusion). I reply with my membership number and they find my account. Adam then asks for a screenshot of my credit card charge which I provide within 10 minutes on April 9th. I follow up on April 11th and hear nothing. Today is April 29th and still no reply or refund.
