Champion Club Apartments- March 2023 the management team had the whole complex fill out pet forms, since we do not have any we filled out our form correctly stating no pets, my daughter is allergic to all pet dander we can’t have them if we wanted. Two weeks ago we agreed to help a family member house two cats temporarily while they are in the process of moving, they are to be picked up by their owner next week. Maintenance left a notice stating they would come in and spray normally done around 11am but this time they come at 9am, management knows I work 3rd shift and I have asked them specifically not to enter without me present(management agreed via email I have a copy of), so the manager pops her head into my bedroom while I’m sleeping with the biggest grin on her face as she closed the door I hop up to get dressed to inform her but she’s completely out of my apartment and down the hall by the time I get even close to my bedroom door. Then today I get a notice that they charged me $300 fine, $300 month deposit and $1050 worth of cat charges. This is absolutely outrageous, I have explained to management the situation but the charges are still ridiculously applied to my account. A years worth of bullshit charges, OVER A MONTHS WORTH OF RENT for less than 3 weeks of babysitting two cats.Initial Complaint

I live at Liberty Station apartments, and water keeps getting in and soaking my carpet. I have reported it several times and they clean my carpet but will not fix anything or compensate me. I want out of my lease that is up in May and need help.
