              I placed a carry out order over the phone and was told it would be $20.99. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was told it would be $35. The cashier acted indifferent to my concerns I contacted corporate who tried to explain away the situation and stopped responding when I asked them to rectify it. I don’t mind paying the price of something, but do not appreciate dishonest pricing practices.

              Drivers asking for tips via text messages. I placed an online order with the LaRosas store in forest park. I never leave a tip in advance as we have gotten burned in the past by leaving a tip before we receive the order. Just as if you would eat-in, why leave a tip before receiving the food?When the deliver arrived, we did ask that the driver to text us when they arrive and to please leave the food on the porch.When the driver arrived they did text us that they were here and that:theres been an issue with online gratuity not showing up so if you left a tip, it didnt work. Sorry, sounds like Im asking for one but its a technical issue drivers have been dealing with today.It does indeed sound like they are asking for a tip!If this is the way the company is having their delivery people ask for tips, we will stop ordering from LaRosas. If this is a problem with *************** store, the LaRosas upper management should consider how to resolve the problem.
