This is the most unprofessional company ever. The barn caught fire in may 2022 a they are still repairing the barn. I have been trying to get them to finish the job an they are only half way done with the building. They have left my gate open several times an we have had to get dog out of pound that cost us additional money. They have stood up building inspector several times . My dog got nails in her foot due to all the rubbish they left in my back yardBusiness response

We received this assignment from the insurance company in May.
After creating the estimate and working with the insurance company to get it approved, we started the approval process with the city, which required the architectural drawings. The entire process took time due to several revisions required by the city. Once the permit was received the preparation work started. The start date, as agreed with the owner, was October 13th.
Since then, we ordered and installed:
- Special order trusses
- framing
- roofing
- electrical
- siding
- windows and garage door (4-6 weeks lead time)
- insulation
- currently working on the drywall.
We are making every attempt to ensure the property is safe and secure, but it is an active construction site. If there are any expenses incurred by the homeowner due to our actions, we never refused to cover the invoices, but have not been presented any to date.

To whom it may concern, I am currently trying to receive an itemized bill from my contractor to review their bill. My condo was damaged in October of 2021 by an upstairs neighbor's burst pipe which caused water damage. A mitigation company and the attached contractor, Casualty Mitigation & Restoration LLC, were hired by my insurance to repair the damage. This work was completed April/May of 2022. The contractor is billing the difference of their final costs and what my insurance has paid out. I have asked for a final bill to review. They have been unable to provide. They have only provided me the initial estimate. Based on that initial estimate, I have called out issues with final bill. The LLC has responded back that the billing is inaccurate. My insurance has already paid out $13,336.04 per the insurance company records. I have attached my email trail with this contractor along with the initial estimate the contractor has sent in lieu of a bill. Thanks,Customer response
