I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to attention concerns regarding my recent experience with a service performed at my house August 5th 2024. Noel D***** & Bill R****** of ServPro was our point of contact for the reconstruct. August 5 2024 the sub contracted crew, hired by ServPro, came to replace the drywall. When they arrived I informed the crew if anything needed moved out of their way to inform me and I would gladly take care of what ever they need from me. An hour after being there, I went down and noticed ALL our valuables we placed to the side to be left alone, had been touched and moved. I called Ryan the project manager for the crew, and he informed me they are to paint everything downstairs. I was never told this information by himself or ServPro As they were finishing and my husband, *******, came home from work he went down to check. He was talking with the two crew members, as Ryan was in the bathroom. ******* was walking upstairs he noticed a bobblehead was missing an arm, and confronted Ryan about the situation in which he replied they did not do that nor were they responsible. Upon further inspection, ******* noticed multiple Bobblehead's had been broken, and meticulously placed as to hide the evidence. In which ******* reasserted himself in asking what happened and what they planned to do to remedy the situation. The crew member who had broken them came forward, and apologized saying he was moving them all on his own and couldn't prevent it. I was upstairs the whole time they were working and never once was approached, called or asked to move anything, even after asking them twice when they arrived. Upon talking to ServPro they were reluctant to help, then, said they would contact the construction crew and get us a solution. We provided the pictures and the amount ($825) to ServPro, per their request. They have now stopped responding, and we are finding no answer to our problem, bringing us to you to help us with this matter.
