I wanted to get safety glasses that would be 1.5 magnification just like reader glasses but safety to protect my eyes. So I visited this BBB profile and looked up reviews, just so I would not have any issues with the company, I decide to do business with. after registering with the company I got a welcome 10 email. I have no clue what size glasses I need, so I got 3 pairs to try out, the total was $253.82 , I did not get a 10% discount. I also paid $12 for shipping, the only 2 starting options options I got were $8 for priority mail or $12 for priority mail with insurance. after trying out the glasses I found a pair that fit, paid $8 more to send them back. when I get contacted back by the company I get a customer service rep who is trying to talk circles around me, she says it my fault I did not select the free shipping and its my fault the discount did not apply and I can not get it,as my order is now less then $150, even though I paid $253.82 up front, and she lied to me and charged me for shipping yet a third time, which I did not discover until filling this complaint. but when I get the glasses they are not 1.5 mag. readers, their some kind of prescription that as soon as I put them on my sight goes blurry and it does not matter what I look at near or far my eye sight stays blurry. so I would have to imagine these must be someone else's actual prescription. on the phone the rep verified 1.5 mag reader only with no RX. and of course its my fault again, for doing business with them, so she wants me to pay to ship them a fourth time. How ever at this point I have had enough, the email is bate and switch, for not honoring it, and making me pay 3 times for shipping and trying to trick me into paying for shipping a 4th time for your companys screw up. it is also a violation visa and master card logo terms of service agreement you accept, when you accept them as payment. at this time this company has done their best to defraud me over a pair of glasses.Business response

**** ordered 3 Wolverine eyeglass frames to try before deciding which pair to choose before having prescription lenses made. He chose the ********* **** to have prescription lenses made and returned all 3 frames His original order as $241.82 plus $12.00 Priority shipping. He decided on the ********* **** which cost $71.92 plus $58.00 for prescription lenses for a total of $129.92 plus Priority shipping as he requested $12.00 Total order $141.92. We refunded $111.90 from the original order leaving the price of his new order which is shown in his receipt. As show in his attached email the discount is $10.00 of a $150.00 order or more not 10% as our products are already discounted. Refunding his original order for the returned frames does not qualify for a discount as he ultimately paid $141.92. If **** is unhappy with his order, please return for a full refund it is unfortunate that you did not see the Discount properly it could have eliminated this misunderstanding also a simple phone call would have helped. We are a small family owned and operated business and have never purposely misled any of our customers. **** Please Return for a full refund. Thank you, DanCustomer response
