The complainant verified the issue was resolved to their satisfaction.

2 member numbers but 100 problems I called aaa monday to have my car tower at about 730 am. The lady said i was good to go ****************. The driver arrived and told me i owed about 45 dollars for 8 uncovered miles. I didnt have time to fight so i increased my plan. He then told me it would 7 days and I needed to pay or cancel. I used my grandmother card with her present ****************. They towed my car and gave him the wrong place but he found it and tool it to Aaa on *********** rd. They called to tell me what it was thermostat housing, coolant drain and ac charge. 912 dollars. I said go ahead. I paid for my car over the phone and picked it up moments before close. The check engine light still on. Ac still blowing hot at idle, drove home fine, went to a store fine got iceream and my car overheated in drive through. I took it to autozone and the codes are still the same nothing is fixed but I've been charged to increase a membership i couldn't use, used some else's membership they pay money for and then charged 912 for absolutely nothing. I don't think anything they did was needed as they did not fix anything. I'm extremely unhappy with every aspect of customer service and lack of mechanical work or knowledge.

I would never use AAA, pay the extra to get road side thru your car insurance. My experience happen when my car slide off the road into a small ravine with water, no deeper than 2 inches. Recently I found this ****************************************************************************** and they reimburse this driver for the same situation . When I called the number on the back and they told me they would not tow it and hung up on me. I was force to pay $1150 out of pocket. I use the contact us thru the site and I was told they would of covered it I just talk to the wrong person. How does not every person have the same information? Now they want reimburse me because its been over two years. I would avoid them at all cost.

Every AAA club is individually owned and managed and coverages can vary by club. While you can always file for reimbursement coverage will depend on the services provided. If the reimbursement is over 60 days from the date of filing the reimbursement will be denied.

I understand that, but I called the same day and was denied service. How do I ask for reimbursement if the agent on the phone passes the wrong information to me? I only learned I was due a reimbursement after finding this article and a different agent agreed with it years later. I ask you to make sure every agent know the same information in the future. We pay for your service to protect are self from burdens like my case. I still rate AAA an 0/10.
