I was completely impressed and satisfied with Jesse and the rest of the company. Jesse explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. They fit me in their schedule In a few days and showed up on time. The guys were very friendly and polite and finished tearing off 2 layers of old roof and replaced my roof in less than a day. They cleaned everything up thoroughly and left me with a beautiful new roof that I’m very proud of. This was an insurance job, but it didn’t pay for all of it. They have worked with me to pay off the balance in payments. I feel that New Heights is a first class company, along with their employees, especially Jesse Blaine. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants quality work done on their roof at a very reasonable price.Review from Joelle A

They damaged my front porch and deck when replacing my roof. I allowed their guy to come pressure wash to attempt to get all of the black tar off of my property. The pressure washer took the stain up on the deck and didn’t not get the tar off of my porch. I got a quote from the house painter who did the initial work to come fix the damage they caused. When I gave them the quote they realized they had not charge me on the final invoice they sent for the additional work they needed to do in my roof. When they revised the invoice the additional work was almost exactly what the quote was to repair the damage they had done to my property. I would not recommend using this company. If this is how they handle a problem, How can I trust that the work they did on my roof was correct, how will I be able to trust that they will honor the 10 year warranty on labor the routes to get the job.Review from Erica D

When it came time to replace our old roof, I was a bit nervous about the whole process. I’ve heard horror stories from others about shifty contractors and insurance nightmares. However, New Heights Roofing made this an easy and painless experience. I had worked with them before when their sister company ***** ****** **** replaced our gutters, so I already knew they did quality work. Thanks to Jesse and Jeremy, the entire process from beginning to end went off without a hitch. I never felt like I had been forgotten about and I was always aware of what was going on. The crew somehow managed to remove my old roof which had four layers of shingles and install the new roof in one day which is amazing. The best part is that the final result looks great! If you’re having trouble deciding on a roofing company, I highly recommend getting in touch with guys. Your home will be in good hands.Review from Keith H

Absolutely do not recommend this company for tile roofing. Spent $2k only to have it not resolve the leak. Unresponsive. Also dripped the white Enduris solution all over the tiles.

When we were contracted to work on your box gutters, we explained that we dont perform work on tile roofs and that we would only be re-coating the metal in the box gutters. We performed this work and even went above and beyond, making several subsequent trips to try and help. We hope the leak in your tile roof is able to be resolved and were sorry that we dont work on tile. We pride ourselves on doing high quality work and are confident that the work we performed in your box gutters meets those high standards.
