I can't recommend Will and his team at Stephenson Exteriors enough! We received a quote almost two years ago, and from the start, Will was responsive and professional. He provided great sketches and gave excellent recommendations. Despite the challenges we faced with our deck, which turned into a full redo due to poor workmanship, Will stayed within our budget and the agreed timeframe. Even two years later, Will remembered us and the specifics of our project, which truly impressed us. When it became clear that saving the original deck was not an option due to major issues like a missing middle beam, water damage, and rot, Will and his team provided us with various options and kept us informed every step of the way. The project was turned around in about four days, and every person on Will's team was professional, skilled, and respectful. They even took extra care to clean up after themselves, which we really appreciated. Will went above and beyond by addressing an issue with some rot around our exterior door. Instead of pushing for unnecessary work, he recommended a simple patch and paint job, showing his integrity and commitment to providing honest solutions. The quality of work and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. We live in a community where aesthetics are important, and our new deck is not only beautiful but also safe and well-built. We are looking forward to entertaining this summer and getting the full value out of our deck. I am currently in the process of having Will scope out a deck project for my mom, which speaks to my confidence in his work. Stephenson Exteriors recently completed a siding installation at our home. I had interviewed a number of contractors for this work and choose Stephenson Exteriors based on the knowledge Will S********* had about the product I had chosen and the recommendations he provided during his site evaluation and understanding what I wanted to achieve.
