In August of last year, I purchased 6 water purifiers for our church brethren in remote ******. 1 pump failed while under warranty. I tried to contact GoSun but they never answer the phone. Finally, after many attempts, I got a call and rep assured me she would send an email to get the replacement and info about purchasing 2 more units. Never got mail. I've mailed, called, left messages in help, sales, and ext 3 to no avail. I've never experienced a company so unresponsive to any contact. Seems I won't get pump and they lose a sale. November 15 2024 I ordered a **** *** * *** from GoSun. On Jan 16 the order shipped. the order came on a pallet in a shipping truck. There was a certain number of boxes i had to go through and a total number of 46 items in the boxes. I counted the number of boxes that were sent, and the matched the invoice. I assumed that within the boxes were the total 46 items. When i got around to opening all the boxes there were a total of 12 items that were missing. When i reached out to the company they acknowledged that they missed out on only 4 items. I informed them that there were a total of 12 items missing specifically four 266 power cores, and eight shines. When I tried to get the products they said that they were looking into it. I have been emailing them repeatedly since November and they keep saying "we are looking into the incident". With no further replies. I paid the full amount, now I would like to recieve all my packages.Business Response

I have a Gosun chilliest cooler. I bought it in late 2023. I really only use the cooler a hand full of times per year. Currently the cooler is saying the temp is warmer then what it really is. so the cooler will run none stop and freeze anything that is in it. I understand things break and happen. My Problem with Gosun is the lack of customer support. I'm 100% willing to buy the failed part. But getting any info or help from gosun as been impossible. I started a support ticket on March 24. Subject: Complaint Regarding Defective Products and Poor Customer Service from Gosun Dear Sir/Madam, I am filing a complaint against Gosun regarding the defective products I purchased and the lack of resolution from their customer service team. As a loyal customer for over two years, I purchased the Gosun Sport Oven, Gosun Portable Battery, and Gosun Chilliest Fridge. However, all three products have malfunctioned and are now unusable in the manner intended. Gosun Sport Oven: The stand is NOT durable and the cord doesn't work. The product is completely nonfunctional, especially in outdoor settings, where it should operate without being plugged into an external grid. Gosun Portable Battery: This battery stopped charging over a year ago, rendering it useless for its intended purpose—providing portable power when off the grid. Gosun Chilliest Fridge: This fridge only works when plugged into an external power source, failing to operate independently as intended for camping or off-grid use. I contacted Gosun on March 3rd, 2025, and provided my order number on March 8th, 2025, as requested. However, despite receiving a feedback email, there has been no resolution or replacement offered. I seek replacement parts or items for the defective products mentioned. These products were intended to function independently without being hooked up to the grid, but due to these defects, they are no longer reliable or usable. i sent this via email on 4/8/25 to [email protected]. I get no response from BBB and NO response via the GOSUN. Please reopen and check your emails thank you. I am writing to formally file a complaint against GoSun with regard to defective products and lack of customer service response. As a long-time and loyal customer, I am extremely disappointed in the way my concerns have been ignored. On March 3rd, 2025, I submitted a grievance to GoSun regarding issues with both my GoSun Oven and my GoSun Chillest Fridge, which appear to be defective. I was later asked via email to submit a video demonstrating the issues, which I did promptly. Since then, despite multiple follow-up attempts, I have received no response or resolution. Please find below the video link of the issue. It is now over a month later, and I feel completely disregarded. This delay and silence is unacceptable—especially given my loyalty to the brand and the nature of the issues with the products. I am requesting the following resolutions: A formal acknowledgment of my complaint and video submission. A thorough assessment of the issues with the GoSun Oven and Chillest Fridge. A prompt replacement, repair, or refund for the defective products. An explanation as to why my communications were ignored for over a month. I ordered a solar fusion oven dec 30th, they send me a tracking number with ups and they yet still have not shipped it. I called 4 times, and emailed them 6 times. They are not giving me updates or information on why they have not shipped it. I even called ups and they said that gosun has not set up a time or date for pick up. I never been through this in my life. Either they ship the product or send me a refund. I've had products from China come in less then a week. This is not fair for customers to go through this.
