I went to my store area today to put winter items back and get spring items out. Someone at the Go Store It storage facility in ****** **** on ***** ** got into my storage area and stole my expensive door wreath!!!! They left the empty bag and took my wreath!!!! I confronted the new management who took over and they said the cameras only go back 2 weeks. I haven’t been there since January. So who knows when it was stolen. Do not rent from these peopleBusiness response

Hello - I had my items in storage at GoStore It and they were ruined by rat poop. This is an indoor and temperature controlled unit however they allowed these rodents to get into the unit and they have destroyed my items. My unit number: **** Move out date: 12/15/2022 I have been trying to get in touch with them since they day I moved out. While on site, a manager came to look at the unit and said he would submit an incident claim but I have been unable to check if that happened. No one will call me or email me back and I have tried multiple times with no luck. Please help me get the compensation for these items that I had to throw away: couch, lounge chair, rug, dog bed, hamper.Business response

We are following-up regarding tenant ***** ******** concern (ID ********). We noticed ***** ****** had Go Store It Protection, which does not cover any form of reimbursement due to pest/rodents. This level of detail is provided regarding coverage, so tenants can decide if they would like to store or not. We suggest that ***** ***** files a claim through her personal insurance.
