    In March 2023, we will have used this company as our internet provider for 3 years. They are the ONLY internet provider available to us, with the exception of satellite internet connections with data limits that are not feasible for my job. They know that we are unable to get any other service providers in our area; therefore, they charge high rates for speeds up to only 10MBPS, and we average below 5MBPS on a good day. We have multiple documented evidence of our poor speeds and they have never compensated us for our low or nonexistent speeds - even when the issues are unresolved. We have been in communication with them since December 16th about our internet going out completely multiple times per hour, and they never are willing to compensate us for our loss in connection and we are always blamed for faulty equipment or functioning on our end. Our neighbors who use the same tower have experienced the same issues and despite our emails, calls, and texts they will not fix the issue and continue to blame the customers and their individual houses. I am at a loss on what I can do as a customer to keep from being charged for internet that we do not actually receive.
